- Interval training on a treadmill - one minute of slow walk and one minute of running.
- A set of circuit training, where each circuit exercises all parts of the body, like chest, biceps, triceps, shoulder.
- A run on a treadmill for five minutes and lunges with dumbbells while step walking for about twenty steps. Then hit the treadmill again, repeat this for three sets.
